Baby discrimination. - management

I was asked to leave the Gilbert, Arizona IHOP this morning after my two year old threw a tantrum while getting him into the high chair. The manager, Lim Lewis politely asked my three children and I to leave and stated "other customers are threatening to leave because of us.". I am a lawyer so I know the law on this and the manager is legally entitled to do exactly what she decided to do, but I also know she jumped the gun and apparently has a no tolerance self implimented policy on the matter. The baby screamed for a solid minute while I tied him down securely in the chair and it was pretty obnoxious, but he settled down pretty quick and was under control when Ms. Lewis approached us with her demand to exit the premisis. Clearly her mind was made up prior to assessing the situation.
