Unfair to young workers

Bayou City Wings, Baytown Texas, Unfair to young workers. General Manager/Owner has "shift" managers that show favoritism and are not consistant with the treatment of their subordinates.

Management does not adhere to "set" procedures in first in first out, as far as releasing employees for the day.

Management needs to train their "shift Managers" on how to deal with employee problems in a more equitable fashion.
