Does not treat everyone fairly

I worked there on / off for that previous 5 years. I stop several times cause they explained I'd to choose between my children or work. And so I pick my children. Nicely after I returned to work-there this last period, the store-manager was informed I had been sleepin by having an employee, that was not the case, she dismissed me. Used to donot realize that committed people where not designed to strung pals. I had been a supervisor not no further. As well as in this McDonalds there's a and crew-member relationship and living-together and also the team individual is committed to another person. I got dismissed plus they did not. Whats up with that.
