Will Dominos deliver or Not today? The manager will decide... Again. Consumer ripoff

This may seem small and petty to some, but not in our home, seeing as Pizza and Kickers and Dominos Dots go hand in hand with our every weekend family movie nights, and enjoyed through summer vacation even more... And we are "Extreme Movie Rental Addicts". We use home delivery even more than pick up. We have enjoyed this service for years. We have been very understanding and polite of ALL mistakes made on Dominos side, and believe me there were many over the years... We always just simply absorbed the inconvenience as human error... Always "tipping" over and above because of it being a small town and everyone knows everyone... Even a wrong order still deserved politeness and a tip! Let me add my WHOLE Family lives on this land... 6 homes enjoying this convience!
This is not the first time that Dominos has out of the Blue decided that we are on the boundry line of "Non Delivery" (mind you we are one driveway past that line). Well they decided AGAIN! So I am here to vent this time!
They might as well come right out and say... Your Understanding, and GOOD Tips, and your $40 or $50 sometimes twice a week for years now does NOT mean a thing to us at DOMINOS... And that other 6 homes of your family that has been loyal to us for years now... TODAY we at Dominos have decided AGAIN not to deliver to you, because you have not ordered a pizza in a certain amount of time. Excuse me! I did not know that they was counting Deliveries and Pick Up orders that came to our homes. I DO know this time it has become OFFENSIVE, RUDE, CONFUSING, UNAPPRECIATIVE and just plain RIDICULOUS behavior from a business we have frequented for many years now and spent much much money. Appreciation of customers is a honorable attribute not to be dismissed as meaningless.

But we will survive this Pizza Drama! We do have a Pizza Hut right across the street from Dominos... And they DO deliver!

Your loss Dominos... Our couple of hundred dollars a month might not be much... But my family says to be sure and tell you to times that by 6!
