Kerby's Food Poisoning, Spoiled Food, Bad Attitude

Thursday night, I went to Kerby's for dinner (and dessert). To make a long story short, I woke up early Friday morning with what I suspected was severe food poisoning, so I went to my doctor - she agreed. When I called Kerby's to suggest that they throw out the food I had that was suspect, the manager told me he'd only do it if I brought him a note from my doctor stating that it was his food. I told him how unnecessary that was and I'm just asking him, for the sake of the other customers, to throw out the rank cake. Then he starts getting belligerent. That's when I mention the words "health department" and "lost my business as well as most of the people I know" and he starts SCREAMING for me "not to get smart with him."

Make your own decisions in the end, but here's fair warning. When the manager is willing to risk the health of his customers to save a lousy (and spoiled) cake, you don't need to eat there - PERIOD. On Monday, the health department WILL be called, and I would report them to the BBB but they aren't even registered.
