Unauthorized Credit Debit Charges

Upon reviewing my bank statement I noticed an unauthorized charge of $79.00 from Shop Coffee Direct on 11/30/09, but cleared my account on 12/3/09. I did not purchase anything online @ that time but did buy gas using my credit/debit card. I called the number the bank gave me (888-730-6363) & got the answering machine of some poster & art print place.
I then looked up Shop Coffee Direct online & called the number listed (877-797-8853) & listened to a very similar message, same voice, but a coffee place this time; it sounded like "cafe shop burrito".
I just called a 3rd number (888-963-2233) & actually got a live person-"Amanda" with Shop Coffee Direct. I was told I had canceled a coffee subscription last January (I remember this). They recently installed a new computer system & it allegedly reactivated all the canceled accounts. She said they will credit my account & it will take a maximum of 30 days.
