Company Tricks Employees Into Revealing Credit Card Machine Info, Then Bills Astronomical Amounts for Supplies

My experience is similar to many previous reviewers. The salesperson called one of my two retail coffee shop / ice cream parlor locations and tricked them into providing information about the credit card machine. They made it seem like they were just confirming information and that they were already set up to automatically ship new credit card rolls. All of my employees know not to confirm address or any information to anyone over the phone, but they just happened to catch this employee a day after I had asked her how low the supply of credit card rolls was so I could order some myself from a legitimate place. They ship the rolls, send a separate invoice for about $100. They want to charge a 15% restocking fee to ship them back. I won't pay a penny. I return them to the address provided for returns and they refuse the return. They threaten to let the invoice sit and rack up late fees and interest at an exorbitant rate. I still tell them I'm not paying a penny to any company who behaves like that. It's basically extortion. If any attornies are interested in a class action suit, I'm in. I can only imagine the companies who accidently pay the bill thinking it's legitimate. I don't know how anyone who works for that company can live with themselves.
