Female white cook coughing on food as she made it

When I requested my purchase - the heavy-set white woman (del taco cook) coughed many period as she organized my food. She was not sporting any gloves as she included her mouth and coughed - with these fingers she extended to organize my purchase - then she coughed again towards my food!!! At that time I recommended the worker to stop my purchase and return my cash - supervisor in the area offered back my money then she delivered to her workplace without informing the cook/worker by what I noticed!!! Major area for anybody to consume!!!
