Pizza Chicago, Tempe Deceptive Concept

I am a long time Tempe resident. I recently saw the grand opening of a supposedly Chicago Style themed restaraunt on 1425 N. Scottsdale Rd. I was excited because I am originally from the S. Side of Chicago and have been longing for a place that made authentic Chicago stlye pizza. I was disappointed when I went into the location and should have known better because once entering the establishment (I wouldn't even call it a restaraunt), it is very clear the owner is trying to capitalize on making as much money, with little overhead and complete disregard to customer satisfaction. What I mean by this is:
1. No menu, you have to order off of a price guide on the wall?
2. The place is a furnace with little to no A/C in the establishment. It was hotter in the establishment then outside. It is currently over 110 degrees in the valley right now.
3. When I saw the actual product I was horrified. It is a thin crust pizza (not Chicago Styled) with very little ingredients with the intent of maximizing money instead of a great product.
4. The actual product itself is terrible. I cannot put in words how terrible the actual product tasted. It tasted like Ragu tomato sauce over something that resembled cardboard.
5. I called to voice my disatisfaction with the Manager (Frank) and was disappointed that he completely blew me off. When I talked to him about authentic Chicago style pizza he told me it was a style of Chicago Style pizza. I asked Frank if he had ever been to Chicago and he avoided the question and it is clear that he has no idea or concept of what he is doing.

All pizza lovers beware of this deceptive restaraunt theme and be prepared for a huge disappointment on the product if you go. I am a firm believer in making money and living the American dream but it is obvious that this establishment is bent on making money with complete disregard to its product or customers. Plenty of other great pizza places, just have to travel a little further.
