Burger king shop # 2884 worker really believed to us: "ya'll take ur asses outta here!

On April 28 around 7PM, I got my spouse and my 15-year old child to Burger King situated at 5025 Stateline Method in Texarkana, TX (Shop #2884) and what an insulting encounter which was! It felt like these were carrying out a favor to us for eating there.

We were consuming along with a female worker began treating and washing tables around us. She was pulling alluminium seats producing this type of noisy and severe sound after which tossing them along with platforms. It had been truly incredible. I acquired an essential ask my mobile phone but couldn't notice something because of the terrible sound. The lady discusses me and knws that I had been about the telephone but did not care at-all to actually stop to get a second and simply kept knocking seats! I actually informed her to peaceful down just a little and boy. Oh. Child..., she got so angry at me and began mouthing off. She got down-right unpleasant and believed to us: " Ya'll have to consider r Bottoms outa here..."! My spouse and my child were surprised! And that wasn't the toughest element, the supervisor was standing behind the table and was viewing the entire event and may not get her to prevent shouting at us and speaking with his clients like this. She actually screamed at him! Anyone with "Customer Support 101" abilities might have DISMISSED this kind of unprofessional worker at that moment. Not just he couldn't quit her, he DIDN'T ACTUALLY APOLOGIZE TO US once we were departing.

I told him that I had been likely to protest to Customer Support and that I did. That also ended up to become another LAUGH! They stated they'll forward my complaint towards the area supervisor but to date, despite nearly per month, I've not noticed from anybody back regarding my criticism. THEY SIMPLY DON'T SEEN TO PROVIDE A DARN!
