Ripoff mistreated and ripped off

This wendy's is terrible to customers. Me and my friends have been loyal customers for over five years now and a couple of times last year we complained about salads that had brown lettuce in them.instead of these jerks apologizing for their bad salads or errors in their own staff (like when making orders) they blamed us for their mistakes.

If they made our sandwiches wrong and we went back to ask them to correct it they would blame us for it. Other restaurants in this Orlando area that have done the same thing are crispers and a few others.

They have no respect for customers or humans at all. One manager at this Wendy's was even a female who cussed me out and stuck her head out the window yelling at me for no reason. I've seen customers become irate with workers there but they stay nice to the irate, rude customers and are rude to the nice customers like me and my friends.

Even though I have been a loyal customer for over five years now, almost everytime I go to that wendy's now I hear someone say in the background "did she pay, " as if I never pay for my food. Their actions are horrendous in my opinion and definitely evil and unjustified. This fast-food restaurant is full of low class no morale evil idiotic workers who treat nice decent law abiding citizens and customers terribly.

They should be ashamed of their ridiculous evil bullying ways. They would probably let a real thief get away with what he/she wants but pin the blame on innocent nice customers like they have done to me and my friends.
