I went to your oakland store on thursday 8-6. We went about 1020am. My son (which is only 5) wanted lunch now i knew you do not start serving lunch until 1030am. So i pulled up to the drive thru and the rude associate stated we don't serve lunch until 1030am. I was ok with that so we waited until 1045am before i went inside the restaurant and asked if i can order a kids meal. Your rude associate didn't say anything just walked away and talked to someone in the back. She was speaking spanish so i would not understand her. She then came back out and said we can't serve you lunch. I said your telling me that you will not serve my 5 yrs old son lunch when you clearly told me i had to wait till 1030am. I have to tell you being in the retail business this is totally unexceptiable. If i ever treated my customer like this i would lose everything and everyone. This was surpose to be a great day for my son and i. But instead it trun out to be a nightmare. I would really like someone to contact me asap. I will never go to this resturant again and i will be sure to make all my friends aware of this. You should never say no to a customer never even when he's 5
