CiCi's Pizza
All-You-Can-Eat Pizza Buffet — Fishers, IN — Darrell — Bad Customer Service Bad Customer Service, false advertising

On January 6, my buddy and I got hungry and wanted to eat for not a bunch of money. We decided that we were hunger for buffet all you can eat style food. We decided to eat at CiCi's Pizza because the company used to have all you can eat pizza lunch buffet for $3.99. That deal no longer exists, because my friend and I checked their website. On their website it states that All You Can Eat Pizza Buffet for Under $5*. So we check the asterisk and it says prices vary by store, which makes us both thing it can't be more than $5.

My buddy and I walk into the place and there is barely anyone there at 1:46PM. We walk up to the counter and look at the buffet price posted that was $5.49. We ask the guy at the counter why its not $5 and he claims that the website is false and that he would not give us any money off. The guy named Darrell that was helping us runs this place and forgets to mention that there is a Terrific Tuesday option that 2 people can dine for $9.62 with tax and drinks included.instead he does not mention this promotion and charges my buddy and I $15.72. When we asked him if two people could eat for under $5 each, he lied to us because we could have eaten for under $5 each and gotten drinks too.

So my buddy and I could have both saved a total of $6.10 on our meal, but instead had to pay full price. We were ripped off by Darrell. When we brought this to Darrell's attention while we were eating our meal, Darrell did not want to fix the transaction. Darrell made it clear that he was not concerned with wanting us to come back to CiCi's in the future.

From a business standpoint normally promotional deals are used to get people to come into their business. Darrell must disagree because he felt that he should not advertise his pizza deals. He just expects people to already know about those type of things I guess.

In addition to this their pizza was undercooked and their floors were kind of dirty. I expected a little more from a restaurant located in Fishers, IN. I would recommend people not go to this pizza place because so you don't get ripped off by Darrell.
