Bug in my lunch

I ordered a baked potatoe from Wendy's for lunch. When I got ready to eat it, I saw a roasted bug right on top! I returned the food to Wendy's to get a refund, I didn't want a replacement. The manager told me it was a potatoe spud. I dissagreed and showed her the wings and antenae. She agreed that it was a bug and gave me a refund.

While waiting on my money I saw the employees eating out of the french fry basket with their bear hands, right there in front of the fryers. This totally disgusted me. I can only imagine what other nasty things they are doing there. I will never eat at a Wendy's again.

The manager was rude, and offered no apology or a way to resolve the problem. Like it was no big deal. I found her attitude and actions very unprofessional.
