Cut my hours so he can give them to the friend he hired!

The manager james ott is trying to get me fired by slowly cutting my hours because he hired one of his friends and wants me out of there. I am one of the hardest worker there he tells the supervisor hes cutting everybodys hours, but thats just want he wants the supervisor to think he calls the people he wants to have work like his friends in to work. So when payday comes they wind up having a lot of hours. He hides the cleaning rags in the safe so i have nothing to clean with, he runs around the store playing footbal while customers are in store. He also throws buns to the other employee that he hired and she throws some back at him while customers are in the store. He also cuts off the hot water so i have to wash dishes with cold water.
