Advertizes extra-crispy chicken parts. Always out of them. Never ready

Each time my children trips the KFC on North Road in Danbury, CT, they never appear to possess the additional-crispy chicken items prepared for sale.

Possibly they are out-of them, simply did not reach cook them, or whatsoever. I have noticed one excuse following the different. We usually wind up likely to the shop on National Street (Path 7) north. They appear to also have enough available for everybody.

What gives here?
