I never ordered the ID THEFT PROTECTION, 31.85 and also 7.99 was taken out account a month ago. I filled a complaint with them, no. 2758132 and they said it was cancelled, still waiting on my money Don't Know pa Internet

Back in Sept. Around the 5th there was 31.85 and also 7.99 taken out of our account from ID protection, I called them and got the run around, E-mailed the ID protection people they gave me a confirmation no. Of 2758132, and still have not gotten my money. I work for the court system in Lancaster Pa and I am getting ready to file a suit if I don't get my money.
