Cant place an orde

I attempted at 3 differing times to put an order. The very first time it called and called after which I had been positioned on store. I named the 2nd period simply to be positioned on store. The 3rd time i questioned when they had anybody who might consider my purchase and he or she set me on-hold. What have you got to complete to put and purchase below???
