Dehumanization of staff

I've worked for applebees in Merritt Island. Your shop was among the highest-grossing shops in central california. Lately, Innovative Restaurant Ideas purchased out our business. Before they did, we'd a, pleased team, and got along nicely with administration. The majority of our clients are nearby and we remain active actually on the reel with plenty of opposition. Then got the dehumanization... And lies... And inconsistency... And firings... And risks... And staff walkouts. Actually our clients spot the large fall in comfort. Another cafe workers in the region who work on locations like TGIFridays, Chilis, Carrabbas, Outback, Olive Garden and Red Lobster... All corporate restaurants... Have blackballed our restaurant like a spot to find work due to what their buddies who work on our Applebees have informed them concerning the new Gestapo... Im owners. Your supervisors have gotten beaten-up psychologically and verbally by new possession everyday. All of us dropped any accumulated holiday pay, all required a paycut... in my own situation about $1500 annually, supervisors 5-10K, bartenders about $2500 a year and therefore are handled like kids and spiders by administration... Who's being handled exactly the same by their new employers... Trickle down effect. We got a routine in the first week using the new organization, and entered off titles of colleagues because they were dismissed, stop, or simply offered up and went out. The checklist is approximately 50% of what it had been simply 2 weeks before. Out-of nearly 70 people, we've dropped more than 30. The large employers came into our shop and verbally attacked a lot of my colleagues and supervisors and appeared to believe thats the way you operate a company. I've never caused this type of small-minded and micromanaged (that's another 10 sentences that I wont kind about) organization in my own life. Whilst the company dies, and instruction expenses increase, I'm sure the brand new homeowners may simply shout at somebody and level hands about how terrible the administration at our shop does their careers, in the place of taking a look at themselves whilst the issue.
