Event = I required a shipping on July 20@ 8:00pm. I waited for shipping until 9:00pm. I called back and that I questioned where the meals was plus they explained the grill on 44th and 8th ave. Wasn't working. I questioned why no body named to inform me to not expect delivery. These were really rude and dismissive. I then strolled to 44th and 8th and there is not a problem using the grill. I subsequently called back and questioned why I had been lied to plus they hung-up on me. I called again and requested to get a boss. There is not really a boss to talk to... Again extremely rude to me. I believe this can be a fantastic disservice and that I do not enjoy being hung-up on and lied to. I really like McDonalds and certainly will proceed to consume there-but I had been really amazed of the therapy i obtained.
