Horrible service, manager hung up on me twice!

Stopped by the sonic in Old Hickory like many times before except this time I waited 15 minutes for food, but they gave me a coupon so ok. I drove off checking my order and realized a milkshake was gone, so I turned around and went back and picked it up, no problem it happens. Got home 15 minutes later to find no Chicken sandwich. I spent $27 on a meal from Sonic and then drove 15 minutes home to find no sandwich! I called the manager to let him know because I was mad, anyone would be! He said he was sorry and asked for my name, I said "Im not coming back up there!" He said Well, I was going to give you a coupon for a free chicken sandwich but now Im not! He said have a good night and hung up! I was in shock! I called back up and a girl answered I said what is that managers name that hung up on me, she starts laughing and saying "Whats your name?" I hear them all laughing and him making jokes. Then someone said Jonathan and hung up again. I was in such shock. I called Sonic's 800 number and they took the report and are asking for a manager to call me back it will probably be this "Jonathan' fellow. I will make sure that everyone I come in contact me knows that the Sonic in Old Hickory obviously doesn't care for its customers! I know lots of people and trust me there will be a difference in business. Beware if you eat there, they don't like their customers and don't care that they mess up your order!
