Poor service/health issues

I went in and purchase three snackers and two beverages. After about fifteen minutes nevertheless had no food, visited table and was informed it'd be about 10 moments these were waiting about the poultry to become drawn. After about 20 more moments I returned as much as the table and was subsequently informed they forgot to place the poultry in and that I in those days informed them overlook it I'd like a refund, lastly after I told them to obtain a supervisor I had been not departing till I obtain the refund - she involves the leading of the shop while she's washing under her claws using the poultry tongs, I dropped it and informed the supervisor which was disguisting and also the reception was unpleasant no clear platforms food all around the ground and tables and alot of employees just experimenting no longer working - I'll never visit another Kentucky Fried Chicken, appears like Churches can get my busniess from today on. KFC HURTS - they cant actually create a basic meal... Furious and ashamed client. Marla - PS the Division was approached with this problem aswell...
