This company lacks customer satisfaction skills big time!

This company most definitely needs customer service training. I contacted the company to obtain information about making a purchase and they did not respond until the following week. Their response was that they were busy due to the holiday. Basically, what they are telling me, we have enough business and don't need yours. Their idea of customer satisfaction is to say "sorry"!

Although their website says homeade (shouldn't that be homemade?), they use mixes purchased at your local supermarket. Homemade doesn't necessarily mean made from scratch! How deceptive. I wouldn't trust this company to provide product for my special occasion.
