Bad Service, Wrong Change and Long Waits

Time and time again, patrons are made to wait unbelievable long periods of time. Me and the other car patrons rolled down our windows and discussed this. Bad service seems to be odd since there are always at least 4 or 5 people at the drive thru window and at lease 10 people behind the inside counter/grill. The staff servicing the drive thru is often rude and slow. They talk amongst themselves. This is probably why they can't get your order or change correct. This morning I sat at the drive-thru for 15 minutes for 2 tacos. I paid for them. When I looked in my bag at the window I noticed that there was only one taco. I was afraid to mention this to them at that time. I probably would have had to wait another 15 mintues. And with the attitude of the staff, I would not have known what might have been done to my food. Chacho's used to be the place to go. But since they have opened their other spots, they have forgotten about Callaghan. This is not the first time I have experienced bad service at this location. Nor is it for many of my friends.
