The guy that opened Enzo's Italian Cuisine, Jason Robillard, stole all of the recipes he is using from Pinocchio's Italian Eatery in Longmont and Greeley Co.
Jason was the manager at Pinocchios, and then left because he wouldn't sign a confidentiality agreement.

Beware! He is a thief, imposter and amateur. He has no integrity—having stolen recipes from his former employer. He even claims things as "original"!!
His menu is even on the same paper.

Don't let this thief make a profit from a concept and recipes that are not his.

Ask him where he got his menu and see what lie he tells you! I guess he did learn some things at Pinocchios...
