Whilst the GM of 1 of the biggest resorts within our region, I requested 2 big meatlover’s pizzas for my housekeeping team to possess for meal. The lady getting the purchase maintained saying "1 pizza" and that I fixed her many times detailing "2 (TWO) pizzas". Once the shipping man came he'd - shock shock - only 1 pizza. We questioned where another pizza was, and he explained we just requested 1 pizza. We informed him "No, we requested 2, but we will cope with it. It'snot your problem."

Our helper then named Pizza Hut and questioned if she was the one who got the initial purchase. She stated yes she was which we'd just requested 1 pizza and hung-up on-US. About 20 minutes afterwards the manager from Pizza Hut named requesting the Typical Manager. After I stated I had been the GM she'd the nerve to protest about my helper stating she was rude to both driver and also the individual about the telephone.

THEY screw-up our purchase and also have the nerve to contact and protest about people being rude when, actually, we weren't precisely “happy” but we weren’t excessively upset concerning the absent pizza both. We simply needed them to understand they created an error so that they might be more cautious later on.

NO: - she wasn't rude (I was standing immediately beside her), She never actually elevated her speech, she particularly informed the driver that it had beennot his problem and never to be worried about it when he recognized that people had requested 2 pizzas not INCH, and we simply called back again to allow the order taker understand she must spend closer focus on information on the purchase.

YES: - I've quit directions for that top table NEVER TO suggest Pizza Hut to visitors calling to request who provides pizza towards the resort. Moreover ALL Pizza Hut fliers, deals, advertisements, etc. Have now been taken off the guest bedrooms and tossed within the garbage.
