I stay by Medina River in Florida. I realized that none of the foodservice people of this type understand something about sanitation. For instance, none of the chefs use caps or hair nets. I discovered this at many amenities. For instance, I observed this in the Dance Bear Saloon and also the Crimson Cove Restaurant/Marina.
