Ice cream machine down at night

Overdue at night, 4 of five times previously month or two the icecream device appears to be along. They stated that it had been being fixed. After I reach the screen and have to get a remark telephone number point, they might not think it is and also the icecream was believed to have go out. I actually donot understand when the need isn't being fulfilled or when the workers want to get out of the service rapidly and do not wish to trick using the clutter so that they declare it's out? Do not say it's accessible if it's just offered at times.
