Kobe Sushi
False Advertisement and Deceptive Practices

Cafes, Bars, Restaurants

I went there recently to try their food since they advertise 50% off sushi Monday-Thursday from 5-7pm.
I got there early and waited outside, filled out my order card and even put the total price so i can figure the tip out. The sign for 50% off maes no mention of "selected items" and i found out in the end about all this when the bill costed twice as much as i wrote.

Everybody avoided my questions! Even the guy who made my food laughed at me. I complaiNed about not knowing, in the end it was brought to my attention about the "secret" menu after i threatened to not pay. I honestly have a budget, 40.00 is not in it..

The two waitresses were horrible, the restaurant was nearly empty yet i never got waited on except for one beer.

So, ive taken a picture of the sign and my bank has been contacted for a dispute. Ill put the picture up later.

Until they personally apologize for the deceptive pratices and rude customer service, i suggest a full boycott on this business for all the obvious reason. If you want a good sushi bar go to Kabuki near beach blvd. Everything is 50% off there when you eat-in, and the people there are really nice. I spent 20.00 and got full and left a nice tip:)
