All I acquired was dismissed!

Like a R.G.M. Of the shipping/carryout store for 24 months I never had any issues with workers, clients, top mgt., or stock till I had been transferred 11-28-06. The store I got over was a eat in/carryout store, I had been educated really badly in just how to run this kind of store, having buffet and monitoring all of the item was never told me. So how was it accounted for? For all months on the daily schedule I called top mgt. To request help.inventory kept arising short. Then on 1-8-07 upper mgt. Showed up he started counting inventory with out me, as I was still working, I helped very little, he did final figuring and entered them into compensation. It had been truly short. He kept asking me easily had a need to inform him something, as though I'd accomplished something amiss. Then soon after that his chef turned up & dismissed me explained at hand over my secrets signal & keep. I had beennot provided any chance to assist try & determine the problem. I have now been handled just like a criminal. They are changing locks, speaking with the financial institution & destroying my title around town. When our inspections arrived they declined me mine declaring a paid for individual products was being looked over. Displaying me no evidence of it on paper. I also have obtained a note from top mgt. Stating when I actually donot quit to show I did so nothing wrong that it might started to worsen for me personally. All I'd like will be noticed I'm not within the incorrect I've accomplished only request aid since day-one. All I acquired was dismissed!!!
