Large problem using their mashed potato containers

The KFC on Arizona Ave in Chandler just north of Galveston Rd.includes a huge problem using their mashed potato containers. It is the only point I Have requested there to date. Twice now I Have been cut. The very first time it had been half-full and also the second-time the poultry was absent, there have been only bits of fried breading. Yuk!
