Owner refuses to pay tipped employees the difference of min. Wage. Example... Sales 35.00 he wants us to claim 100% of sales when we haven't made 5.00 in tips. Employees have refused to claim as he wants and have told him he is required to to pay us the diffrence between tipped pay and min. Wage pay. But still refuses. We have gone threw the chain of comand and I am curently filing with DOL of fla.
