Sold hamburgers that not only had maggotts, but a fly as well

A friend of mine bought hamburgers for her two girls, the youngest one started eating right away while the older one (8) decided to wait until they returned home.
The youngest child ate about half of her burger and started throwing up in the car. When they got home, the other child opened her burger and a fly flew out of the wrapper. Upon inspecting the burger further my firend was shocked to see that there were small maggotts in the PATTY!!!

She returned back to the McDonalds with the infested burger and when she entered she couldn't help but notice that there was a large number of flies flying around the store, which she brought to the employees attention.
After showing the staff what they sold her, she was given an appoligy and refunded her money.

She took her daughter to the doctor for an examination as well.

She was advised by a representive of McDonalds that "someone" would be contacting her, and as far as I know, no one has yet to contact her.

Can anyone PLEASE advise her (via me) of an attorney that might handle this type of case? The EDitor of this website will forward that info to me.
