Colorado Prime new name - same old company NY

Colorado Prime has been on the receiving end of a large number of unfavorable reports. Now they seem to have achieved anothe incarnation as DineWise and are doing their marketing on the internet as DineWise.

I came across them while looking for a delivery service and requested their catalog. Must have been having a senior moment for I yielded to their website's demands and provided my phone number.

Received the catalog and a several e-newsletters but was not particularly impressed until I started receiving phone calls on my cell phone that were obviously marketing calls. That number is on the national do not call list so I did some research and lo and behold it turned out to be good old Colorado Prime.

There may be an out in the law that says they can call you if you 'do business with the company' but reading their advertising does not constitute 'doing business' with them... Not in my book.

It just seems to be a strong indicator that they may have started the business over but don't seem to be much inclined to change their ways.
