Rally's Resturants
(Franchised) Dirty, Nasty, Unhealthy Practices cheated employees and screwed the customers even more

I worked for this resturant for several months and in my personal opinion this compnay should be shut down or deeply investgated. On repeated occasions, I had watched them do UNSAFE practices in handling food. Nothing was kept up on until the SCHEDULED health inspector visits.

I had watched them thaw meat out, and when it not used it was placed back into the freezer. Employees would smoke, touch raw meat, rub thier face and then NOT wash thier hands. They would go on to make the customer's food.

How the Owners and Manager's treat the customer is abusive. I do not see how Rally's allows the owner's to continue owning this franchise. I am sure they have gotten more than one complaint on them.

I left the company after hearing many sexual comments made to an underaged managerial empolyee. I am in shock and awe of this compnay and it's practices.in my personal opinion, this company sucks in it's practices. No wonder they have had over 200 employees (or so the OWNERS say) in a year and a half.

I have called the BBB in relation to this company. Thank you.
