Let me start out by saying that i have been a long time customer at wise guys sports bar in lake placid... Dating back as far as the mud puddle days.
Since becomming wise guys changes have ben made... Some good, some not. The food menu has greatly improved with the help of a new chef you might know as chef. The music is always good either being played by the new juke box up upstairs or head on downstair where there is a dj 3 nights a week.
Service is usually good when you go in in the afternoon and early evening if your fortunate enough be waited on by either Tony, Zach, or any of the other females they have working as bartenders.
Enough of the good stuff though i find lisa to be extreamly rude 99% of the time. God forbid you ever go into that place at 2:30 AM and get any food
They advertise the kitchen is open until 3:00 AM. Go in 15 minutes before that both nick and lisa the owners will treat you like their worst enemy.
I do understand as being an ex chef it can be annoying to get orders right close to closing. But it's not necessary to express this to the customer making a big deal of the situation.
If you want to continue making a big deal and making the customer feel unwelcomed, change nothing, but by chnging the serving time from 3:00 to 2:30 insures no more late orders and problem solved!
