Tampa foods, " beware of the food - condom found inside of chicken sandwhich

Me and my wife went to the WENDY'S on 1501 E. Hillsborough Ave.in Tampa, Fl. (813) 238-1701. My wife bit into a condom while she was eating her sandwhich, she pulled over to the side of the road and began to vomit. I called the store and told the manager what had happened and she told me that she would get to the bottom of this. The next day they tell me that they turned it over to the insurance company, when i asked why, they said they always do this.

I spoke with David Brenner the store manager and he gave me a story of the two employee's that made the food, " they were employee's for over 20 years " yea' like that makes us feel better. So, i called the insurance company and spoke to Mike Bray with GAB ROBINS 1-800-646-6446 x 273 and he told me that we need to let it go and not to pursue this claim and that we don't have any evidence.

I called the main WENDY'S number and spoke with Sarah in the consumer dept. And she told me that she would forward this info to the correct party and when i call back today they tell me that they agree with the insurance company. The things that these people do to try and denie what happened is obserd. How would they feel or how would you feel if this had happened to your family and how would you react?

Please feel free to respond to this, your help is needed. And the next time you see a commercial with Dave Thomas, pass a Wendy's or have the urge to eat at Wendy's - DON'T!!! It's not worth your health or your families.
