Nasty Food, Poor Management

Was served horrible, cold, overcooked food, not the first occasion. Took a long time to receive (nearly an HOUR), and was terrible.

Actually made me choke and vomit in the aisle. Complaint was made to manager on duty, who was indifferent. "Send it back next time" she said. She was borderline rude, mainly indifferent, did not seem to care at all.

Complaint was made through online website, was completely ignored.

Extremely poor customer service, dirty bathrooms, and terrible food. This used to be a good place to eat but has really gone downhill. Would not recommend, and will not be going back. The waitress was nice about everything, seemed embarassed and overworked, she was the only one in the place that seemed to be working.
