El Caporal # 5
Ripoff

On May 12 I decided to patronize El Caporal # 5 Mexican restaurant in Northridge. When I ordered my food I specifically asked for no beans on the plate. The plate was a combination Taco and Torta, when I got the food I found out that both the plate and the torta had beans. I asked the lady at the counter to remove them and she gave me a smart remark that the beans were already on the plate. Not to mention that the food was cold, she refused to give me an alternative to solve the problem.

Apparently the customers wants and needs don't count in this restaurant. It's not what the customer wants but what they want you to eat. I feel ripped off because I did not get what I asked for and I did not get a refund either. Although the plate costed only $7.80 I won't be back for another insulting experience, moreover I'll make sure I mention my experience to my friends at the University across the street.
