Dunkin donuts parkway pigeon forge - Dunkin Donuts

I went to the dunkin donuts on the parkway in pigeon forge near the new hollywood wax museum. Its open 24 hours, so we got there around 1 am. Waited 2 to 3 minutes in the drive thru and after no answer, left but turned around after i saw the open sign blinking and noticed the big open 24 hours sign. This time, we finally got helped after about 30 seconds of waiting. The lady then went on to tell us it would be a minute because her computers were running so slow " considering its 1 in the morning u know" i was already mad after waiting so long for her to acknowledge that we were there, but it gets better. She took uor order, after moaning and groaning the whole time. We drove up to the window, and after waiting another 4 minutes we were greeted by a woman that clearly hates her job. She snatched the money out of my hand, threw the bags at us and stated that my 2 donuts were gunna be tacky and gross because she just made them so the icing was melting all over the bag. She didnt bother to wrap the donuts in something at least, even napkins, to prevent the icing from going everywhere. I told her to have a great night, and when i did she glared and walked away. I dont like feeling like a problem and thats exactly how i felt. My roommate hapened to be with me and witnessed it all. I will never ever visit this location. It was the first and very last time. Only reason i went was because starbucks was closed for the evening. This lady either needs to be retrained, or fired. She will chase away alot of cutomers in the future. I dont like complaining, but this was an absolutely disguisting display of "customer service". I happen to work with people all day, every day... I know that u leave ur frustrations at the door when u come to work. Maybe she was having a bad day. It happens to the best of us. But, its not the customers fault. Not in this case anyways. I didnt cathc her name. I didnt get a reciept. But it was at 1 am on thursday november 28th.
