Burger King service, food, cleanliness - 3 meals made incorrect 2 times

My crew and I had frequent this BK location. On 11-08, I spent my hard earned money to pay for my crew's meals and support the business. Three meals were made incorrectly twice. The mgr Linda helped made the meals incorrectly, became rude and arrogant, and stated I was "Crazy!" I told Linda to have a nice day and left.
On 11-11 Veterans Day, we returned, placed 3 orders with cashier-Brandy - who was rude with a bad attitude. We saw water on the floor near the restrooms-no signs posted, floormats on seats in dining area, floors not clean/mopped, trash on floor, TV/soda machine broke. This BK has poor management/employee-Linda/Brandy and lack of control over employees. We will seek compensation and litigation.
