Terrible service, rude employees - Pizza

I placed my order online and everything seemed to be going well - the website showed the process of my order being made. The online process said that my order was ready to be delivered. An hour later, I called them to confirm whether or not my order would be arriving soon. The woman on the phone said "No, we're busy. You're going to have to wait. There's no one available to deliver your food." and when I told her I had been waiting for over an hour and asked to speak with the manager, she rudely said "you're going to have to wait or I will hang up on you." I have always loved Dominos pizza but really the employees' manners are abhorrent.
