No milk shakes - mike shakes

At least 2 to 3 times a week I stop to fuel my truck. I then walk into Arby's to get a milk shake and am told that the machine is down. The sign for the special even sits on the counter. This is in the evening hours between 7 & 8. Why is there always a problem at this Arby's location?
