Poor service from employee's - service

I had a server who would go to the bar and talk to a guy and flirt instead of wait on me. They were touching hands and caring on. Her name was Andrea and then she would go to the back to the to go area and start yelling at the employee's to get to work. She clearly has her position screwed up. She was horrible to the employee's that left crying and the customers could hear what was going on. Don't they have a back room to take them to instead of in the dining area? I have been in on several occasions and she is not a dedicated worker. The place is going down hill and I finally had to ask for a different server because she left out to the parking lot and it was disgusting. Never again!
