If you are truly interested in helping people eat healthier, then you should encourage eating appropriate portions. Most people aren't lumberjacks; and footlongs are over-eating! You should offer 6 inch sandwiches at exactly one half of the price of the same sandwich in a footlong, and your specials should always be on 6 inch sandwiches (not footlongs to encourage people to overeat!) You should also offer low-carb bread.
