Bad Service and Food at Valley Station DairyQueen - Dairy Queen

I live less than half a mile from this DQ, but I've always driven the extra distance to McDonalds, Arby's etc. Because its drive-through is so horrible. Today, I gave them another chance, and things have only gotten worse. Not only did I have to wait over 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me, when I got my Bacon Cheeseburger, the bun was dry and hard. The top broke into 4 pieces on the first bite. There was a large 1/2" thick full slice (not ring) of onion on it that I had to throw out, and the meat tasted like yesterday's reheated. After this and paying their riDQlous prices, I'll never be back.
