Stuffy's
Bad Service

Today me and a friend went to Stuffy's Subs on 4758 Finlay St, Richmond, Virginia 23231 (804) 226-1471 and proceeded to place our order. We each had a coupon that stated, "free sub, buy one super & get a regular size sub of the same kind. The person taking the order, which was a man looking to be 5,6, maybe 51 and from another country stated that we would only be able to use one coupon between the two of us. I asked him why because we were two different people using two different coupons. He stated that this was the policy. Is this the policy of Stuffy's? I have been a long time customer of Stuffy's and have never had this happen. I felt insulted, violated and disgusted! I didn't place an order and sat down and waited for my friend to place his order. I lost my appetite after the incident. I would like to know if this is Stuffy's procedure or was he just being rude to a long time customer?
