Horrible service by sr. Manager - dunkin donuts coffee

It was a good day until I got my coffee. Since i hate styrofoam, i asked to have my coffee in a paper cup... The sr manager was serving me, she rolled her eyes and in a mocking tone sd SHE WANTS A PAPER CUP. Then she began to give ne a disgusted look as if to say she didnt want to serve me anymore... Asking me repeatedly if i was complete. I walked to the pick up window and was greated by a women and a man who also were treated wrongly. My question is-if she is acting this way how is she leading others?
