I enjoy a nice warm coffee and breakfast sandwich every now and then but I am totally DISSATISFIED AND DISGUSTED with my local Duncan Donuts in Wyomissing Pa off State Hill Road! EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there SOMETHING always goes wrong. First and foremost, the customer service is absolutely horrible! The employees are extremely rude and unfriendly. When I order I feel very unwelcomed and I feel like a inconvience. Not only that but it must kill the employees to crack a smile because NOBODY does. Ontop of that, the woman at the counter forgot to use my coupon and never gave me a receipt. There is a total lack of professionalism at that store. My last visit I bought a coffee and decided to eat inside and work on some paper work. As I'm sitting, there is a mother and her small child sitting near my table and as all of us are trying to enjoy our coffees all I could hear was the employees cursing and making fun of the customers who were ordering at the drive through. The woman looked disgusted as did I and left immediately. I can't say I blame her. I would too if my child had to hear such filth! Overall I'm sick of the nonsense that goes on in that store. I personally have been working in customer service for years and if I wanted to keep my job, I could not have gotten away with half the things that goes on there. I refuse to go there anymore and waste my money on people who don't appreciate their customers! They should know that's what keeps them from getting a pay check. Something really must be done soon because I know I'm not the only one who feels this way about this particular store. The store owner and district manager should be ASHAMED of how out of control their store is. What a disappointment! There are people in this world who really need jobs and would do anything to simply have one, including being friendly and pleasant to customers. My advice to the employees... Smile, it won'y kill you...
