Never ending wait, no answers and no apology

Chilis on Bell Blvd in Cedar Park Texas. Best advertisement around for Applebee's. Told us 15 minute wait. Then after 30 minutes told us it would be another 25 minutes. When asked why they said they had to reorder things and didn't want to give bad service. Thanks for the bull and wasting my time. Now we will be going to Applebee's (we are there now) for our dinners out. Enjoy your reorder. Whatever that means.
